Responsibilities
- Develop custom workflows and scripts to automate manual business processes, improving efficiency and reducing errors.
- Work with business analysts and process owners to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the automation solution meets the needs of the organization.
- Collaborate with RPA architects, business analysts, and other team members to design and implement automation solutions.
Qualifications
- 7 years of relevant experience in an Engineering role
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Automation process exposure
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Selenium
- Hands-on experience in working with Open Source RPA tools like Robot Framework, TagUI, Taskt, or OpenRPA.
- Experience in Automation Anywhere is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform) and CI/CD pipelines
- Working with Machine learning tools is a big plus
