The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our TC team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in managing the transaction process from contract to close, ensuring compliance, effective communication, and an exceptional client experience, with the opportunity to lead a small team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative aspects of real estate transactions, including contracts, disclosures, and timelines.
- Act as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, escrow, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure all transaction documents are completed and submitted on time.
- Maintain up-to-date transaction files and records in compliance with company standards.
- Provide consistent and clear communication to clients and team members throughout the process.
- Coordinate post-closing activities and document follow-ups.
- Warm sales calls and onboarding with warm real estate agent leads.
- Training and managing a team of remote TC assistants as your volume grows.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator or in a related real estate role, such as being a licensed agent or a real estate admin for a high-volume team or office.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech savvy with the ability to build new systems.
- A kind, giving personality who cares about people.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
- A team player with a proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- A core understanding of real estate terms and workflows.
- A desire to learn how real estate transacts in multiple states.
- Proficiency in real estate transaction management software (e.g., Dotloop, MLS, or similar tools) is a plus.

Location & Travel
This is a remote position with required company travel several times per year. Must be located in Michigan, Georgia, Colorado, or Florida to qualify for W2 and healthcare. 1099s may be considered in other states.
