As a Janitor, you'll work under the direct supervision of the Property Manager, ensuring a clean and safe working environment for all residents. Your dedication to cleanliness will play a vital role in shaping the positive atmosphere of our community.
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial and Maintenance Specialist to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of our residential property, which consists of 10 five-story buildings. This role focuses on maintaining the common areas and exterior walkways across the buildings. The position involves daily responsibilities such as cleaning pool areas, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces, as well as sweeping and mopping floors. Weekly tasks include cleaning and disinfecting elevators, handrails, stairwells, and trash rooms, along with sweeping walkways. Additionally, monthly duties involve dusting and cleaning garage walls, light fixtures, and drains. The clubhouse and offices also require attention, with tasks like sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, and dusting furniture, door frames, and baseboards.
Ideal candidates will have experience in janitorial or maintenance work, a strong attention to detail, and physical capability for tasks such as lifting, climbing stairs, and performing manual duties. The schedule includes specific cleaning days for the clubhouse and offices, and competitive pay will be offered based on experience.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing.
- Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
