Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the CVICU
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care
- Maintain current certifications and stay up-to-date on the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in critical care nursing
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a CVICU or similar setting
- Current certification in BLS and ACLS
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience with A-Lines, vents, drips, sheaths, dialysis, and draw ABGs
- Travel experience preferred
- EPIC experience required
