We are seeking a travel pharmacist for a dynamic assignment in Astoria, Oregon.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty : Pharmacist
  • Discipline : Allied Health Professional

The selected candidate will work at a critical access hospital with 25 beds. Responsibilities will include :

  • Medication reconciliation and discharge counseling
  • Supervising technician staff in filling Pyxis machines and creating IVs
  • Responding to code blues and consulting with outpatient clinics

    • Hours of operation will be Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 7 : 30 AM to 4 PM. Pharmacists will be on call during evening hours until the start of the next shift.
