Seeking a Materials Management Manager for a dynamic healthcare facility in West Hills, CA. This full-time role oversees the operational activities of the Materiel Resource Management Department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and supporting optimal patient care.
About the Materials Management Manager Role:

- Pay: Annual salary of $100k-$130k/yr., depending on experience.

Materials Management Manager Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations for Purchasing, Central Distribution, Shipping and Receiving, Print/Duplicating, and Mailroom.
- Ensure compliance with facility protocols, policies, and regulatory standards (CALS, accrediting agencies, etc.).
- Collaborate with department directors to optimize supply chain efficiency and solve operational challenges.
- Lead and direct staff to achieve optimal operational efficiency across all departments.
- Maintain accurate records and adherence to performance improvement plans.
Materials Management Manager Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive Materials Management experience in an acute care setting.
- Thorough knowledge of Materiel Management operations.
- Proven ability to work under minimal supervision while meeting facility objectives.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with performance improvement plans and regulatory compliance standards.
