The Role
As a new patient coordinator at Phusion Wellness, you will help qualify and sell the benefits of our pain management clinic to new patients. This includes reaching out to several prospective patients each day by phone, text message and email and onboarding those interested in receiving pain management with our clinic.

The Team
The New Patient team at Phusion Wellness is small and growing. We like to work hard to achieve our numbers and have a good time doing it. We work closely with the clinical team to make sure the patients are comfortable and fully prepared for their initial visit with one of our providers.
Responsibilities
- Call potential patients who request an appointment from our website.
- Schedule patients with one of our providers for their first appointment.
- Speak to new patients with excellent customer service and professionalism.
- Develop strategies for more effective conversations, share with team
- Source and develop patient referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly scheduling goals.
Ideal Qualifications:
- You are a ‘people person’ and can easily develop relationships with others.
- You have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- You have the aptitude for negotiation and persuasion.
- You are self-motivated, determined, and target-driven.
- You are coachable and teachable.
This position is located at our Mesa office at 1148 W Baseline Rd, Mesa, AZ 85210

Salary: Starting at $17.00
