What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Physical Therapy Doctor NJ, P.C.?
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- File, transcribe, and distribute documents as needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Maintain office supplies and inventory/occasionally clear rooms
-insurance verification/billing downloads/payment data entry
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
-Call insurance companies to verify benefits and use portals (will train)
not a high pressure job but must be detail oriented and must be people friendly/compassionate
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to learn new systems
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not required
Pay rate based on experience. Can train proper client
Part time 24-32 hours a week
