Summary
As a Support Staff member at PGSEO, you will play a vital role in assisting our healthcare providers in delivering exceptional patient care. This position is crucial for ensuring that our physicians can concentrate on their practice while we manage the essential support functions that enhance patient experiences.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with patients regarding financial obligations
- Assist with daily office functions
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall quality of patient services.
- Support billing staff, coding team and adminstration to ensure accurate data and services are provided
- Be the face of our company to patients and visitors

- Experience in healthcare support roles, particularly in primary care settings.
