Physicians Mutual’s Marketing & Creative Services team is hiring a Production Graphic Designer! Come join a winning team! This position uses production knowledge in a team-oriented environment to finish the execution of concepts originated by creative staff. This is a key role in the creative process to ensure efficient, accurate promotional and brand materials, and is responsible for compatibility with internal processes and external service vendors.
What will you do in this role:
- Ensure materials maintain the integrity of the original design.
- Responsible for final print and digital creative files.
- Checks files to ensure all specifications are accurate before final production and deployment.
- Reviews proofs to ensure accuracy.
Job Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Commercial Art or related field is required.
- 2-3 years’ experience in commercial graphic design preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop & XD).
- Technical background in digital media or the printing industry.
- Ability to clearly communicate to creative peers, business partners and vendors.
- Problem solving, critical thinking and attention to detail are important attributes for this position.
