Account Manager / QuickBooks Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QuickBooks Specialist to manage and optimize our financial processes using QuickBooks software. The ideal candidate will ensure the accurate recording of financial transactions, maintain organized records, and support the finance team with reporting and analysis. This role requires a deep understanding of QuickBooks functionality and financial best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations, using QuickBooks.
• Set up and maintain company accounts and financial data within QuickBooks.
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payments.
• Generate financial statements, reports, and dashboards for management review.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial and tax regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve QuickBooks software issues and errors.
• Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Train and support team members on the efficient use of QuickBooks.
• Collaborate with external accountants and auditors during audits or tax filings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a QuickBooks Specialist, Accountant, or similar role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
