We seek a proactive, relationship-driven Client Success Manager – Healthcare to serve as the primary liaison between PRG and healthcare organizations, including hospitals, urgent care centers, and medical practices.
Position Summary
This role is perfect for someone who builds strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare leaders and understands how to drive measurable results. You will serve as the key point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless coordination across internal departments (onshore and offshore), enforcing accountability, and delivering excellent client experiences. This role also requires collaboration across multiple service divisions (e.g., VAs, PCM, RPM) and alignment with internal project management leads.
This is not a traditional 9-to-5 position—flexibility, professionalism, and a polished presence (especially on camera or when hosting clients) are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned healthcare clients
- Build strong relationships with executives, administrators, and staff
- Conduct regular check-ins and maintain visibility between meetings
- Collaborate with Sales and Onboarding to align expectations
Meeting & Presentation Leadership
- Lead client meetings confidently, both virtually and in person
- Prepare clear, grammatically correct, and well-formatted materials
- Represent PRG professionally on video calls and during site visits
Revenue Cycle Coordination & Accountability
- Work closely with RCM teams (onshore and offshore) to optimize client results
- Hold clients accountable for submitting timely information and deliverables
- Escalate and resolve billing or process issues as needed
- Support collaboration across PRG divisions (e.g., PCM, RPM, VAs)
Project & Strategy Collaboration
- Partner with internal project managers on initiatives tied to client success
- Use data and reporting tools to uncover insights and recommend actions
- Share ongoing client feedback to help refine internal processes
Professionalism & Flexibility
- Maintain a polished and professional demeanor at all times
- Be available for occasional after-hours meetings or events with clients across time zones
- Ensure scope management by setting expectations with clients and protecting internal team bandwidth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, or a client-facing healthcare role
- Experience working in hospital settings or with large healthcare organizations
- Familiarity with EPIC or other EHR systems used in clinical and billing operations
- Deep understanding of provider operations, billing workflows, and payer dynamics
- Strong communication skills with a focus on formatting, grammar, and professional writing
- Confident leading meetings and presenting to executive-level stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder needs
- Willingness to travel locally as needed
