Seeking a Family Practice physician for a Community health organization in Chicago.
This organization is a large provider of social services and community health services in Illinois.
The office is comprised of Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Dentists, and OB / Gyn. It is a very nice, modern office with lab testing and is fully staffed with Family Nurse Practitioners and a Practice Manager. There is a very comprehensive onboarding process.
Key Details :
- 100% outpatient practice
- Reasonable patient volume
- Flexible, Great Work / life Balance Schedule :
- Monday - Friday with one 1 / 2 day Saturday per month
- Flexible schedule of 8-5 hour shifts or 4-10 hour shifts
- Call is 1 : 7 by phone only, very light
