Responsibilities
This role is responsible for driving growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with small and medium-sized growers in Southern California.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the agriculture industry, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Buid and maintain strong relationships with SMB customers.
- Stay up-to-date on market conditions and trends within the agriculture sector.
- Track and report all sales activities using Salesforce.
- Attend relevant trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate leads and build the Phytech brand.
Requirements:
- 3 years of sales experience, preferably in agriculture or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of SMB growers' needs and challenges, particularly in Southern California.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
