Description:
The WM Title 1 Resolution Plan Project Manager will be responsible for updating the Wealth Management (WM) portion of the Title 1 Resolution Plan. This includes revising a comprehensive 203-page document that outlines the structure and considerations for a potential buyer in the event of a firm-wide resolution scenario due to financial stress.
The individual in this role will manage the WM project, refresh content and supporting materials, coordinate content contributors, acquire necessary data, and update the narrative as required. Responsibilities include documenting the operational baseline of in-scope personnel, technology, vendors, facilities, and intellectual property across WM’s front office and its supporting firm-wide functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the 2025 WM Title 1 Resolution Plan Refresh, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee content updates to reflect organizational, structural, and strategic changes.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders, including business leaders and subject matter experts, to gather necessary data and inputs.
- Maintain and update documentation for the resolution strategy of WM brokerage and US Bank businesses.
- Define and document strategies for dedicated personnel, vendor services, technology, facilities, and contractual agreements relevant to a potential divestiture.
- Ensure operational and financial resilience of necessary shared services through Transitional Services Agreements (TSAs).
- Conduct legal risk assessments and analyze potential impediments to ensure smooth execution of WM resolution without disrupting the ISG Solvent Wind Down process.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in financial services, regulatory reporting, or resolution planning.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage large-scale document updates and stakeholder coordination.
- Knowledge of Wealth Management operations, organizational structures, and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to analyze and document business functions, vendor relationships, and operational dependencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in risk management, compliance, or legal analysis related to financial institutions.
- Understanding of service-level agreements (SLAs) and transitional services agreements (TSAs).
- Prior experience with regulatory filings and resolution planning within a major financial institution.
