Our Client, a Global Investment Bank, is seeking a Senior Project Manager in their New York, NY Location.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business lines and internal stakeholders to understand the regulatory framework and develop systems and processes for compliance.
- Work closely with the PMO Project Manager on the delivery of the Mortgage Capital Markets Program.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and progress reports for stakeholders, including senior management.
- Support the development of a Target Operating Model/RACI as part of organizational readiness.
- Adhere to the Enterprise Delivery Framework and associated artifacts for project governance.
- Attend program meetings, take meeting minutes, and serve as program secretary.
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, risks/issues logs, project plans, and task lists.
- Perform administrative duties such as folder organization and calendar management.
- Maintain databases and internal tools for tracking progress, regulatory developments, and documentation.
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in a Financial Institution.
- Strong documentation skills (e.g., taking minutes, providing weekly executive summaries).
- Strong computer literacy skills.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills (e.g., creating professional decks).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Mortgage Warehouse Lending.
- Experience with online project management tools and basic webpage maintenance.
