What are the responsibilities and job description for the VP Enterprise Valuations - Investment Banking position at Phyton Talent Advisors?
As part of the Enterprise Valuations team in an investment banking firm, you will be responsible for analyzing and determining the value of companies, assets, and investment opportunities with a focus on leveraged lending. This role requires strong financial modeling skills, in-depth knowledge of valuation techniques, and the ability to communicate complex financial insights to clients and senior bankers. Key Responsibilities will include to develop detailed financial models for business valuations, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Comparable Company Analysis (CCA), and Precedent Transactions Analysis (PTA), perform sensitivity analysis, scenario analysis, and valuation updates based on changes in key assumptions or market conditions, analyze financial statements, company projections, and market trends to assess the value of potential investments or acquisition targets. In addition you will conduct in-depth due diligence to assess the financial and operational health of target companies, including analyzing historical performance and projections. Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 6 years experience in a similar function along with a Bachelors Degree. Masters and CFA are preferred.
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
