Pharmacy Innovations is looking for reliable, experienced technicians to join our Sterile and Non-Sterile Lab Teams.
Sterile Lab - we are looking for experienced sterile technicians. The team member will be responsible for compounding sterile preparations under the supervision of the PIC. The ideal candidate will be a certified sterile technician.
Non-sterile Lab - we will train you to compound creams, suspension, capsules, troches, suppositories and more for human and veterinary use.
At Pharmacy Innovations you will work in an environment where the highest professional and ethical standards are maintained as well as full compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. These positions work Monday through Friday, 1st Shift.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will :
- Comply with all state and federal laws, rules, and regulations governing the practice of pharmacy
- Ensure cleaning and garbing is performed exactly as outlined in the company policies and procedures
- Compound all required types of sterile preparations accurately and in compliance with master worksheets
- Operate all compounding equipment accurately and according to company policies and procedures
- Prepare work area and products accurately and thoroughly prior to compounding
- Perform cleaning of the cleanroom areas thoroughly and according to policy
- Pass all initial and on-going validations and advanced complex media-fill verifications
- Accountable for activities in production area(s) to meet goals, and quality objectives
- Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Effectively integrate knowledge into job functions and continually strive for professional development
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
- Assist other areas as needed
Qualifications :
Starting range from $17.50 to $20 based on previous lab experience.
Positions available for trainees starting at $15.50 per hour.
Salary : $16
