Duties Inclue
- Manage employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Acting as liaison in case of disputes between employees.
- Oversee the recruiting process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interviewing.
- Utilize HR sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates through various channels.
- Conduct employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement workforce management strategies.
- Maintain accurate employee records using HR software
- Assist in social media management for recruitment purposes, enhancing the company’s online presence.
- Support project management initiatives related to HR programs and policies.
- Utilize Gusto for payroll processing and employee data management.

Skills
- Proficiency in HR interfaces such as Paylocity, ADP systems, Gusto.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations principles and practices.
- Experience in recruiting and HR sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for effective recruitment strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Knowledge of workforce management practices is a plus.
Can be primarily remote, with 1-2 days a week in the office in Oak Brook, IL.
