Your Role:
- Primary HR Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries and support for both blue-collar and white-collar employees at our Winston, GA off
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and build long-term relationships. Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for employ
- HR Administration: Execute a wide range of HR tasks, including administering HR programs, managing employee benefits, and supporting talent management initiati
- Legal Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with federal, state, and local laws. Regularly review and update policies to maintain legal compliance and protect employee rig
- Digital Innovator: Leverage digital tools to enhance HR processes and stay updated on the latest HR trends and technologies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of one year of HR management experience preferred.
- Experience with HRIS systems and strong HR practices.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a must.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
