Piala’s Nursery & Garden Shop, Inc. is seeking a part-time Administrative Professional to undertake a variety of tasks to support business operations at all levels. One weekly weekend shift is required April-October.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Talent acquisition through managing multiple job postings across various media and platforms, proactive talent recruiting through resume searches, resume screening, interview scheduling and follow up, and presentation of job offer documents.
- Develop and monitor annual recruitment budget.
- Media coordination across several platforms, including website maintenance and social media, for marketing and business operation purposes.
- Marketing support including development of promotional and informational material.
- Processing reports including inventory reports, job profitability, and yearly budgets.
- Assisting in the processing of internal documents across different software applications, including sales orders and purchase orders.
- Assisting with creating and processing internal documents for off-site crews including labor and materials used for payroll and job costing purposes
- Accounts Receivable processing and support as needed.
- Willingness to perform any duties as needed.
- Assisting customers & working in the retail nursery
- Working 1 weekend day April-October
