Reporting to the Director of Operations/Construction, this role ensures that the project is executed in accordance with design and fabrication drawings, meets all established requirements, and is delivered on schedule and within scope. - Proficiency in project tracking tools such as Gantt charts, Microsoft Project, or Primavera.
- Ability to interpret and enforce compliance with engineering drawings, P&IDs, OSHA regulations, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate across owners, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all construction and assembly activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and technical specifications.
- Manage project scheduling, budgeting, and reporting, identifying risks and implementing solutions to maintain progress.
- Serve as the primary liaison between owners, contractors, and engineering teams, facilitating clear communication and resolution of project challenges.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, engineering drawings, and fabrication standards.
- Monitor and enforce contractor safety compliance, including OSHA and company-specific policies.
- Participate in commissioning activities, supporting project turnover and system validation as needed.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve construction efficiency, quality, and compliance with alternative fuel processing technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects, coordinating subcontractors, and overseeing field operations to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
- Ability to interpret and apply engineering drawings, P&IDs, technical specifications, and construction documentation to ensure compliance and quality.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations, industrial safety practices, and quality control standards in construction environments.
- Ability to identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience liaising between owners, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Gantt charts, Microsoft Project, or Primavera to track milestones, budgets, and work progress.
- Experience using CAD software, project management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, documentation, and analysis.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work in an industrial construction environment for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and move up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Exposure to moderate and/or high noise levels; hearing protection may be required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field preferred(or additional experience in lieu of degree).
- 10 years of construction management experience in power generation, petroleum processing, or industrial gas projects.
