- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and oversee the assembly and installation of racking inventory systems.
- Proficiency in material tracking systems, reporting, and documentation management to ensure accurate logistics operations.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of materials to support project timelines.
- Assist and oversee the assembly and installation of a racking inventory system following engineering specifications.
- Track material deliveries, report damages, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate supplier schedules, logistics planning, and site material needs with project teams.
- Maintain and update Material Status Reports to track progress and key project metrics.
- Oversee site logistics planning, including permitting, special load handling, and safety compliance.
- Keep SharePoint updated with material status, documentation, and supplier correspondence.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and superintendents to optimize material flow and ensure proper installation.
- Previous experience in logistics, materials management, or supply chain coordination within a manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment.
- Hands-on experience with technical drawings, installation procedures, and assembly oversight.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage inventory tracking and on-site material movement.
- Proficiency in digital tracking tools and document management systems (SharePoint preferred).
- Ability to troubleshoot installation challenges and support field teams with technical assembly guidance.
- Familiarity with industrial safety protocols and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work in an industrial or construction environment with exposure to warehouse and outdoor conditions.
- May require lifting materials up to 50 lbs. and operating material-handling equipment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
- 5 years experience in logistics, materials management, or supply chain coordination within manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings to oversee the assembly and installation of racking inventory systems or similar structures.
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry strongly preferred, not required.
