Key Responsibilities
PIC Group has an immediate need for an experienced Turnover Coordinator (TOC) supporting a commissioning project in Colorado. The Turnover Coordinator reports directly to the Commissioning Manager and is responsible and accountable for delivery of all turnover related activities. The Turnover Coordinator oversees the project turnover process between construction to commissioning and commissioning to client, operations maintenance, or owner. The Turnover Coordinator has responsibility for the development and management of the turnover packages (TOPS) to include system scoping.

The successful candidate should be able to read and understand corporate programs, policies, procedures, and instructions.
The hourly rate for this position generally ranges between $50-$55.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills, effectively coordinating with construction, commissioning, and client teams.

- The Turnover Coordinator (TOC) is responsible for direct interface with commissioning professionals coordinating commissioning completion documentation required for turnover packages.
- Responsible for direct interface with construction for completions documentation required for turnover packages.
- Responsible for the oversight of the project punch list.
- The Turnover Coordinator (TOC) will assist in the walkdown of the systems with construction during construction turnover.
- The Turnover Coordinator will lead system walkdowns with relevant parties.
- Attend meetings to discuss turnover packages (TOPS) and punch list completion status.
- Participate in lessons learned review and prepare close-out report sections as required.
- Assist in reviewing all equipment, purchase, and contracts for turnover requirements.
The successful candidate should be able to read and understand corporate programs, policies, procedures, and instructions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, field experience, and the ability to adapt and be flexible to changes.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation.
- Previous turnover experience is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated successful performance as Turnover Coordinator of multiple projects.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with limited supervision.
- Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Products (Access, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
- Ability to walk, reach, climb, stoop, and lift (up to 75 pounds).
- High School diploma or GED required
- Engineering Degree, Technology Certification, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years Commissioning Turnover Coordinator experience
