Title: Technical Support

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
Position Overview
Hands on technical support position expected to provide assistance to the success of the team. The primary responsibilities of the technical support position include providing support on desktop computer systems, software, hardware, and networking. This level requires a broad understanding of all standard enterprise office technologies to support customer and staff needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Desktop support: Provide daily support for the computing desktop; including operating system, software installation and maintenance, and hardware.
- Respond to assigned tickets. Evaluate, prioritize, resolve problems and requests, or escalate to appropriate support areas.
- Act as the front-facing support liaison for all desktop-related support issues and order support for customer facing issues.
- Prioritize workload to appropriately respond to customer needs and demands.
- Project facilitation: Complete tasks associated with projects or activities that relate to the desktop support environment, such as system upgrades, system integration and system administration.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college or transferable experience and college coursework is preferred.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- The ability to understand and adjust resources to meet the highs and lows of the shift demands.
- SAP experience is a plus
