Full job description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Designer/Architect to lead the sales and design process for custom outdoor living spaces. You’ll work closely with clients and project teams to craft exceptional designs that align with client goals, style, and budget while ensuring seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Sales:
- Follow up with leads, conduct sales appointments, and develop tailored design solutions that meet client goals and preferences.
Design & Planning:
- Create innovative outdoor living designs, including patios, decks, and fire pits, flower beds, and soft landscape design Develop detailed construction plans and collaborate with the project manager on scopes of work, material lists, and schedules.
Construction Support:
- Provide technical assistance during project planning and execution. Conduct site visits to ensure the design vision is implemented and quality standards are met.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with project managers, crews, and suppliers to deliver exceptional results.

- The candidate should also have experience working with different shrubs and flowers, understanding their growth patterns, and knowing what combinations create visually appealing landscapes. This includes being able to anticipate how plants will look as they mature and recognizing the aesthetic and practical impacts of overgrowth. Knowledge of how to manage and prune overgrown plants while maintaining their health and beauty is important.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, Landscape Design, or related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,780.00 - $65,601.00 per year
