ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Conduct creativeB2Bmarketingin the local community to promote awareness
- Greetandtourperspective residents to secure leases using proven closing techniques.
- Effectivelymarketthe community andcommunicatewith residents usingsocial media
- Regularly survey and report on local market conditions to ensure competitive advantage
- Track andmanage leadsand perform aggressivefollow upwith perspective residents
- Participate in physical inspections and property awareness efforts to ensure quality assurance
- Meet monthly sales goals
- Superiorcustomer serviceand polishedcommunicationskills
- Must be highlyself-motivatedand have a sense of urgency
- Priorsalesexperienceand proven academic success is preferred
- A 4-year degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred
- Background screenings required
- 8:00 am-5:00 pm, 5 days a week, days TBD during hiring. Available to work Saturdays
- Base Commissions totaling 50-60k Annually!
