Picerne Real Estate Group is looking for an experienced Painter for apartment communities in the general Las Vegas area.
Responsibilities:
Painters are responsible for all exterior handrails, wrought iron enclosures, gates, fences, exterior building paint as well as all amenity areas.
Painters are responsible for the upkeep of all Picerne equipment used in their trade, including but not limited to paint sprayer, brushes, rollers, and all other hand tools used in his/her trade.
Painters are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. All trash is to be disposed of properly. All paint is to be wiped from all surfaces including windows, window frames, steps, etc.
Painters are responsible for keeping their shop and paint equipment in a clean and safe condition. All empty paint containers are to be disposed of properly. Duties may include other assignments as needed by a Supervisor.
Qualifications:
Candidate should have 1-5 years’ experience in exterior painting.
Competitive pay:
$17.00-$22.00/hour DOE
35% apartment discount where available.

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Pre-employment background and drug testing are required.
