Summary
Perform routine accounting duties, while adhering to established accounting standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Accounts Payable functions including receiving and verifying invoices & compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Maintain vendor and accounting files.
Credit card reconciliations.
Input completed invoices into Deltek Accounting Software.
Execute accurate reporting, filing, and database management in multiple systems (Deltek Accounting Software, Engineering Construction Management System database (ECMS), Excel).
Provide assistance and back-up to other members of the accounting department.
QUALIFICATIONS - Ability to work within a group environment to reach mutual goals. Self starter. Proficient in organizational skills, time management and personal motivation for quality work. Proven skills in oral and written communications. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Deltek Accounting Software and ECMS experience helpful.
