- Direct and coordinate activities of craft employees and subcontractors on site
- Conduct daily site visits for coordination of activities, equipment, and safety issues
- Maintain records of RFIs, submittals, and change order logs
- Interpret plans and specifications
- Analyze and revise monthly cost reports
- Daily inspections of support of excavation, utility mark outs, fall prevention, etc.
- Procure necessary supplies for construction work and efficient operation of equipment
- Collaborate with Site Safety Representative to ensure safe work practices and compliance with regulations
