Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.Manage and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns across search, social, display, and affiliate networks.Lead a team of marketers, providing guidance, setting KPIs, and driving execution.Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and optimize for maximum ROI.Oversee budget allocation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in marketing spend.Collaborate with product, data, and creative teams to refine audience targeting, messaging, and overall campaign effectiveness.Utilize A / B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques to enhance marketing performance.Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.Implement marketing automation tools and leverage AI-driven insights for scaling campaigns effectively.Report on performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.About you :
