Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel marketing strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives, market trends, and customer needs. Ensure these strategies resonate with diverse audience segments in both the traditional finance and blockchain space.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team capable of executing large-scale, creative marketing campaigns. Cultivate a collaborative and innovative environment where team members are empowered to take risks, push boundaries, and drive results.
- Oversee the company’s brand positioning and visual identity. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and create strategies that effectively communicate the company's value propositions to potential customers and partners.
- Lead all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising campaigns. Manage public relations strategies and maintain a positive public image by handling media relations and fostering meaningful relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders.
- Devise and execute strategies aimed at increasing customer acquisition, loyalty, and retention. Leverage data-driven insights to create personalized marketing campaigns that improve engagement and drive customer lifetime value.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within the fintech, technology, or blockchain sector. Demonstrated ability to lead marketing teams to execute complex, high-impact campaigns.
- Proven expertise in creating and executing multi-channel marketing strategies, including content marketing, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media. Experience with both traditional finance and fintech industries is highly preferred.
- Strong background in brand building, with the ability to craft compelling messaging that resonates with both B2B and B2C audiences. Expertise in managing a brand’s tone, voice, and visual identity across different platforms and channels.
- Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and customer data to inform strategic decisions. Proficient in using data analytics tools and performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize efforts for improved results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders. Comfortable working with senior executives and presenting marketing strategies to key decision-makers.
