This role is critical in driving scalable and sustainable growth by leveraging data-driven strategies across multiple digital marketing channels. As a key leader within the marketing team, you will be responsible for optimizing performance campaigns, managing budgets efficiently, and working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer acquisition and lifetime value.By joining us, you will benefit fromAn honest, open culture that emphasises feedback and promotes professional and personal development.Hybrid work model — our team is distributed worldwide, from Armenia to US, UK, Germany, Spain and Romania.Well-being benefits (including a monthly well-being fund).An environment that fosters innovation and creativity, a culture with the ability to pilot new trends.You willDevelop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.Manage and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns across search, social, display, and affiliate networks.Lead a team of marketers, providing guidance, setting KPIs, and driving executionAnalyze campaign performance, extract insights, and optimize for maximum ROIOversee budget allocation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in marketing spend.Collaborate with product, data and creative teams to refine audience targeting, messaging, and overall campaign effectiveness.Utilize A / B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques to enhance marketing performance.Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.Implement marketing automation tools and leverage AI-driven insights for scaling campaigns effectively.Report on performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.About you7 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.Proven track record of scaling user acquisition efforts in a fast-paced digital environment.Deep expertise in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Youtube etc.), attribution models, and analytics tools.Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Data-AI / Sensor TowerExperience managing marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency and ROIAbility to work cross-functionally and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor and develop talent.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Passion for innovation and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.What we seek and value most in our candidatesProfessionalism in both soft and hard skills; motivation to grow, learn and share, positive attitude, flexibility, transparency, ownership and the most important - passion and commitment.
