- Develop and Execute Omnichannel Strategy
- Design and implement a comprehensive strategy to expand the brand into multiple sales channels, including wholesale, retail partnerships, and online marketplaces.
- Build a revenue roadmap that balances DTC growth with new channel expansion, maximizing long-term brand value.
- Data-Driven Revenue Forecasting
- Utilize data analytics and industry trends to forecast revenue growth opportunities across all channels, setting achievable but ambitious targets.
- Regularly review and adjust forecasts based on channel performance, economic conditions, and seasonal demand.
- Profitability Optimization
- Develop strategies to increase revenue without compromising margin, adjusting pricing, promotions, and channel allocation as needed.
- Monitor unit economics and cost structure to ensure profitability goals are met across each channel. 2. Customer & Market Insights
- Customer Segmentation & Behavior Analysis
- Analyze customer data to segment audiences, understand purchasing behavior, and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell across channels.
- Design campaigns targeting key customer segments to improve lifetime value and retention rates.
- Competitive Analysis
- Monitor competitive landscape to anticipate shifts in the market and adjust revenue strategy accordingly.

- Customer Feedback Loop
- Collect feedback from retail partners, DTC customers, and market research to continually improve product offerings and service levels.

- Proven experience in revenue leadership, preferably in a consumer goods or lifestyle brand with a focus on DTC and retail channels.
- Strong track record of revenue growth, channel expansion, and customer acquisition.
- Experience building and leading cross-functional teams, with an emphasis on collaboration between sales, marketing, product, and operations.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making. Salary: $200,000 - $225,000
