Duties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
- Perform repairs on various automotive systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct auto estimating to provide accurate repair assessments.
- Execute heavy lifting tasks as needed during the repair process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform soldering and welding tasks as required for specific repairs.
- Handle auto glass replacement or repair when necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive repair or a related field is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose complex issues is a plus.
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
