What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pizza Dough Production Technician position at Pictured Rocks Pizza?
Night Shift (11pm to ?) : Dough production position. Looking for a responsible person for the production of our pizza dough. Must be comfortable working alone at night, producing 2 to 4 batches of dough following our recipes and procedures. Other duties may entail preparing other food items following established recipes, and perform some cleaning duties as needed. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Hourly wages plus tip sharing. (Seasonal position: May to October)
