Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to :
- This is a multifaceted role where you'll be performing the many essential functions of an IT department, for a small (but growing) company.
- We're looking for a talented IT Generalist who enjoys working with many different technologies. Must have recent experience working for a small-to-midsize business, in a wear-many-hats IT administrator role.
- This is a hybrid role - you can work remotely most days, but will be required to work at our Las Colinas office as needed, given your role is supporting the office network and users.
- Setup, configuration, and support of Apple Macbook laptops, for a hybrid workforce of approximately 70 remote and / or on-site end users.
- Administration of our Macbook device management platform, endpoint security software, and patch management / deployment.
- Administration, maintenance and support of the office Cisco Meraki network, Microsoft Active Directory Services, Microsoft Remote Desktop Servers, helpdesk ticketing system, and other associated IT software and SaaS services.
- Administration and support of our Google Workspace Enterprise suite, along with various other business applications.
- Manage user accounts and access control across a host of systems and applications.
- Participate in other tasks, projects and challenges, as part of a small IT & Security team.
