Clinical Nurse Coordinators are responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to individuals from birth through the lifecycle, while also addressing operational issues that arise during their shift.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical care as needed in response to fluctuations in patient census.
- Communicate patient care and departmental concerns to leadership in a timely manner.
- Serve as a resource and provide guidance and assistance to staff members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a hospital setting is required, with two or more years being preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia or Multistate License (NLC/eNLC) is mandatory.
- BLS certification is a must.
- Advanced certifications in a relevant specialty are an asset.
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical settings is essential.
