Key Responsibilities:
The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across the lifecycle, utilizing evidence-based practices and adhering to organizational policies. They maintain high standards of practice and coordinate patient care activities among staff members to ensure quality nursing care.
Professional Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a current Registered Nurse license in Georgia. A minimum of one year of nursing experience in a hospital setting is preferred, along with a Bachelor's degree and advanced certification in their field of specialty (if applicable).
