Join Our Team as a Patient Care Coordinator Are you a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? Join our thriving multi-location pediatric dental practice in the Carolinas, where we’re dedicated to creating positive dental experiences for children and their families. We are actively seeking to hire a full-time PCC for our Blakeney Pediatric Dentistry Office.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:40am – 5:00pm
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Communicate with patient families via email and text
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as necessary
- Provide administrative support to healthcare providers
- Present and review dental treatment plans
- Maintain scheduling goals
- Daily KPI reporting
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working in a dental office is preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly, consistently, and efficiently with staff, leadership, and patient families
- Bilingual skills? That’s a plus!
