Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding customer requirements and offering tailored solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with Excel is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and generating new leads through outbound calling efforts.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
