Requirements & Abilities
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who can perform the following job functions –
- Generate leads.
- Identify customer needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process orders and develop cost estimates.
- Schedule shipping & manage inventory.
- Work as a liaison with the outside sales team.
- Actively promote company products and services to existing customers and prospects.
Successful candidate must have -
- Prior experience in inside sales.
- High desire to cold call targeted businesses and provide product information.
- Strong negotiating & interpersonal skills to sell our products over the phone.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple product lines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong work ethic to strive and produce results.
- Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Web Applications).
- Clean driving record and access to a reliable vehicle (No DUI/DWI).
Training & Accountability
We will provide product and sales training. After your successful training, you will be accountable for -
- Managing sales of our SP Brand portfolio of products.
- Selling company initiatives (promotions, new brands, and promo pricing) to existing and new accounts.
- Consulting, advising and engaging with customers to help improve and maintain their facility.
- Continuous planning to grow business.
