Job Title - Marketing and Enrollment Manager
Department - PACE
Reports to - PACE Site Director
Benefits -
Serves as the primary outreach liaison to community stakeholders, and plans and coordinates outreach and marketing efforts by the Intake Coordinators and other PACE employees. A key role of this position is to collect, analyze, and present enrollment and disenrollment data to PACE leadership and review the overall effectiveness of the PACE marketing plan and make recommendations for and implement improvements accordingly. The incumbent develops the advertising and marketing materials for the program and identifies the most effective avenues for disseminating these materials. Ensures all marketing activities comply with PACE regulations.
This position requires 1 year of professional level experience in community relations and/or marketing of products or services, preferably within healthcare services or insurance products. The ideal candidate will have experience in the research, written preparation and dissemination of information to the public through media (publications, broadcasting or public speaking).
Position requires the ability to independently develop, maintain, coordinate and carry out promotional events, internal informational programs and public information campaigns as necessary. One year of experience with the frail or elderly preferred.
Licensure, Registry or Certification Required: Valid NC driver’s license.
Immunizations: Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up-to-date prior to beginning employment.
Pay Range: $53,827 - $72,339
