Job Responsibilities:

• Provides direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration
• Develops and implements individualized care plans based on patients' physical and emotional needs
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
• Promotes a safe and respectful environment by adhering to hospital policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia or multistate license
• BLS certification; advanced certifications a plus
• One year of experience in a hospital setting; new graduates welcome to apply
