Key Responsibilities
- Support the Client Success Manager in maintaining strong client relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Assist in collecting and organizing client feedback
- Help coordinate contract reviews and other client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proactively work with clients to identify opportunities for additional support or upselling.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer support, client success, or account coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
