Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are stocked and ready for use.
- Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring proper accounting of all sales.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain compliance with health standards at all times.
- Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends in the beverage industry, and seasonal offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
