Hybrid Bookkeeping Position - Team Lead (Kitsap County)
Are you a detail-oriented bookkeeping pro with a knack for leadership? Do you thrive in a flexible work environment and love making messy books sparkle? We’re looking for YOU to join our growing team as a Hybrid Bookkeeping Team Lead for Team 2!
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- Residence in Kitsap County (supporting local talent is important to us!)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Bookkeeping/Accounting background
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Knowledge of sales tax and payroll
- Passion for learning new software
- Reliable internet, a computer, and a private workspace
Bonus Points If You Have:
- QBO Certification
- Amazing attention to detail
- A sense of humor and a love for team collaboration
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Bookkeeping data entry, account cleanup, and reconciliation
- Reviewing sales tax and payroll
- Communicating directly with clients
- Hosting monthly financial presentations (P&L, Balance Sheet, SOCF)
- Collaborating with the team to streamline processes
Schedule & Pay:
- Training (3 months): 7-10 hours/week at $25/hour. Training will include scheduled hours (Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 2 PM) for quick feedback and support.
- Post-Training: Work 3 days a week (flexible hours between 8 AM - 2 PM), with additional flexible hours as needed.
- As we onboard new clients, this position will grow into a full-time role!
