Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Pierce Apparel in Cedar Knolls, NJ. The Account Manager will manage client relationships, oversee team apparel customization processes, coordinate orders, and ensure timely deliveries. Additionally, the Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve sales targets. This position requires someone competitive, driven, and sales motivated!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with assigned Clients to drive value and meet customer needs.
- Prepare accurate and detailed quotes for clients, in alignment with their specific needs and requirements
- Update and maintain orders through our internal system.
- Source products and ideas based on differentiation strategy and client needs.
- Monitor project progress and maintain deadlines.
- Negotiate costs to maximize profits.
- Work as a team with sales, production, creative services, supplier services, accounting, warehouse, et al. to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality.
