What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Coordinator position at Pierce Mattie Communications?
We’re looking for smart, strategic, innovative Social Media Coordinator. In this role, you'll be involved in various aspects of social media community management, work collaboratively with all implementation teams developing engaging content on the major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn), knowing the ins and outs of growing followers and acquiring new customers and be active in social listening and monitoring. Be fully immersed in the world of social media influencers, and comfortable mixing and mingling with them in the DM's.Manage social media channels, engaging with followers and responding to inquiriesOptimize tactics to increase social media followers / engagement and drive path to purchaseWork with creative team to ensure production of on-brand visual assetsMaintain ongoing relationships with relevant influencers in the beauty space as well as complementary categoriesAssist with integrated content partnership negotiationsRequirementsYou should have at least 1-2 years working in the social space (that said, if you’re a social genius, please contact us).
