We are looking for an Accounting Manager who will be responsible for the accurate and timely financial management of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for accounting operations, production of periodic financial reports and maintenance of accounting records. This role offers the potential for increased responsibility and advancement as the company grows and performance warrants.

- Oversight and management of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll.
- Financial reporting tasks including month end close, accruals and U.S. / U.K. consolidation.
- Coordinating and directing budgeting, investment activities, financial planning, reforecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Treasury ownership including U.S. cash management and U.S. / U.K. intercompany payments.
- Establishing and maintaining financial controls within the organization.
- Board presentations & communications.
- Ensuing compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements and professional standards.
- Guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
- MBA or MA preferred
- CPA preferred
- Monthly closing experience
- International / intercompany transaction experience preferred
- Financial controls experience
- NetSuite experience
- System oversight / integration experience
- Hands-on leader, not afraid to dig into the detail and get involved in addressing and resolving.
- Excellent communication skills, written and in financial reporting
- A minimum of 7 years of experience with increasing responsibilities
- A high degree of initiative / self-starter
- Business services, consulting, or IT services experience
- Experience in private equity backed companies
